TYPO ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price

or with incorrect information due to error, Burning

Desires Home Novelties LLC has the right to refuse or

cancel any orders placed from product listed at the

incorrect price. We will notify you of such errors.

SECURE AND PRIVATE ONLINE ORDERING

We respect the privacy of our customers, we will never

sell our customers information to a mailing list. All

items are discreetly shipped in unmarked packages,

right to your home. NO ONE will ever know what you've

ordered!

 All major credit cards accepted and are billed as

"Burning Desires Home Novelties LLC”.  Your billing

address/shipping address should be the same as what

your bank credit card has on file with you.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard,

Discover, and American Express.

SHIPPING & OTHER CHARGES

All shipping charges are based on package weight,

dimension, handling fees, and delivery location. We

cannot ship to a P.O. Box. All orders arrive in an

unmarked plain box, with Burning Desires Home

Novelties as the return addressee. All orders are

processed within 3 to 7 business day.

Our Return Policy

QUALITY MERCHANDISE

Occasionally we will receive a product that doesn't

meet our standards but are not made aware of it until

it has been purchased by the consumer. We only want to

carry the best quality merchandise from the world's

leading manufacturers of adult products. We will do

everything in our power to you're your order with a

quality product. If we find a problem with a certain

product, then we discontinue carrying it and search

for a better substitutions.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer a VHS video tape or DVD disk exchange

program. It is illegal for us to exchange VHS video

tapes or DVD disks if they have been opened unless the

product has a manufacturers defect. All sales are

final. Do not assume that you may purchase a variety

of products and return those that you do not like.

RETURNING VHS VIDEOS AND DVD’S

Software products (including Video Tapes and DVD's)

are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer

defect. We will gladly replace any defective product

WITH THE SAME PRODUCT. Video Tapes with defects should

be left at the point in the tape where the defect

occurs so we may easily identify the defect for the

manufacturer. Video/DVD running times are

approximations and are in no way representative of an

actual or accurate running time. Whereas we strive to

publish running times that are as accurate as

possible, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and

therefore a Video/DVD running time discrepancy is not

considered a defect or a reason for a return. If you

return a product that is not defective, it will be

refused. If we are forced to accept your return of a

non-defective product, a 20% restocking fee will be

imposed.

RETURNING SEX TOYS

Novelties (Sex Toys) are NON-RETURNABLE unless they

have a manufacturer defect. We will gladly replace any

defective product WITH THE SAME PRODUCT within 30

days. If you return a product that is not defective,

it will be refused. If we are forced to accept your

return of a non-defective product, a 20% restocking

fee will be imposed.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

We provide an online Return Authorization form for you

to use. Simply click the link on the checkout page or

home page identified as CLICK HERE TO MAKE A RETURN,

fill out the form, place the defective item in its

ORIGINAL PACKAGING, shipping container with a copy of

the Return Authorization Letter and mail it.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER

If you refuse to accept the same product in exchange

for a defective product, a 20% restocking fee will be

imposed. If we cannot provide you with the same

product in exchange for a defective product, we will

issue you a voucher.
